A native of Kentucky, Dennis has been an architect for 38 years, and in the construction industry for over four decades.

After graduating architecture college with honors, and studying architecture in Europe for a semester, he opened his own practice.

Later in his years, he designed, patented, and brought to the market a device used in the field of construction, and was featured on HGTV.

When the economic “bubble” burst occurred in 2008, he discovered first-hand the definition of “Housing cost-burdened”, and the impact that it has on one’s life. This is why NONDOMUS was created, to focus on helping others by providing Single and Multi-family Residences, utilizing new materials, methods, and designs that promote minimum monthly expenditures.
